yourIQ | Terms of Service

2.1 Purpose of Service: yourIQ is an educational entertainment platform. The Service is not a clinical, diagnostic, or psychometric tool. It does not measure or assess intelligence, cognitive ability, or medical characteristics for clinical purposes. Scores generated are for entertainment and personal interest only.

2.2 Acceptance: By accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

3.1 Entertainment Only: Results are generated by a proprietary algorithm and are intended for personal interest. No formal clinical studies support specific cognitive improvement outcomes.

3.2 Professional Advice: We do not provide medical or psychological advice. Users seeking clinical intelligence testing or health assessments should consult a licensed professional. All use of the Service is at the user's sole risk.

4.1 Pricing and Trial:

• Initial Trial: Users may initiate a 7-day trial period for a one-time verification fee of $1.00.
• Automatic Enrollment: Upon the expiration of the 7-day Trial Period, users are automatically enrolled in the Standard Subscription at a rate of $29.99 per month unless canceled in accordance with Section 4.3.

4.2 Billing: Charges are processed via our Merchant of Record. By initiating the Trial Period, you authorize the recurring monthly charge of $29.99 following the 7-day window.

4.3 Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time via the Self-Service Billing Portal or by contacting support@yourIQ.org. To avoid the recurring $29.99 charge, cancellation must be processed at least 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current billing cycle or Trial Period.

5.1 Trial Fee: The $1.00 verification fee is non-refundable.

5.2 Subscription Refunds: Refunds for the $29.99 monthly charge are generally not provided for partial months. However, we offer a 48-hour grace period for accidental rebills. If you intended to cancel and contact support within 48 hours of the recurring charge, a full refund of that month's fee may be issued at our discretion, provided the Training Portal has not been accessed during that period.

6.1 Ownership: All platform content, logic games, and the “yourIQ Certified Certificate” design are the property of yourIQ.

6.2 User License: Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to download and display their personal IQ certificate for non-commercial use. Any unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering of the Service is strictly prohibited.

7.1 Access: Authentication is conducted via passwordless Magic Links sent to the user's registered email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account.

7.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.

9.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9.2 Venue: Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas (or the county of the operator's residence), and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
