How to cancel

No phone calls, no retention scripts. Cancel any time and keep your access through the end of the cycle you already paid for.

Sign in to your dashboard
Go to the sign-in page and enter the email you used at checkout. We'll email you a one-click magic-link.

Open Account → Manage Subscription
From the dashboard, your subscription is managed through the secure customer portal hosted by Lemon Squeezy / Stripe. We never see your card details.

Click Cancel Subscription
One click. We'll email a confirmation immediately and you'll keep full access until the end of the current billing cycle.

Charged a renewal you didn't mean to? Email us within 48 hours and we'll refund it. See the Refund Policy.

Need a hand?

If you can't access your account, email support@yourIQ.org from the address on file and we'll cancel for you.
