Use the same email you typed at checkout. If you're not sure, check your inbox for a receipt from Lemon Squeezy / Stripe – the email it was sent to is the one to use on the sign-in page.

My magic link didn't arrive.

Check your spam folder, then try again. Links expire after one hour. If it still doesn't arrive, email us and we'll send one manually.

How do I cancel?

See our How to Cancel page. Cancelling is one click and you keep access until your billing cycle ends.

My certificate has the wrong name.

On your dashboard, you can lock in the printed name once. If you already locked it and need a correction, email us with your account email and the correct name.

I want a refund.

See our Refund Policy. The 48-hour grace window applies to recurring charges; the $1 trial fee is non-refundable.
